HOTEL NIZZA, Turin

The hotel entrance is just 50 metres from the Porta Nuova Metro stop, and a 3-minute walk from the train station, making it ideal for rail travellers and those arriving by high-speed train. The city's main attractions - Turin Cathedral, Palavela Arena and Parco Valentino Garden - are within a 20-minute walk, while the shopping streets and historic centre are 10-15 minutes on foot. The location is highly central and rated excellent for walkability, though the immediate station-facing area can feel less secure after dark, with some street activity reported. Several restaurants and fast-food options are clustered within a 5-minute walk for quick meals. For car travellers, the hotel provides no parking, but paid garages and street parking (approx. 15 EUR per day) can be found nearby; the reception can assist with directions.

Breakfast costs 18 EUR per person and is a continental buffet with croissants, pastries, yoghurt, cereal, ham, cheese, fruit, juices, coffee and cappuccino. The breakfast room has classic red décor and a bar-style coffee machine making fresh coffee drinks. While many find the selection sufficient and good value, the breakfast offering can sometimes be limited to packaged supermarket items and basic sweet pastries, with less variety in savoury options. There is no restaurant on the property. A bar and a coffee house on site provide snacks and drinks throughout the day. For a wider meal, several fast-food restaurants and pizzerias are within a 5-minute walk of the hotel.

There is no on-site wellness or leisure facility beyond the shared lounge and TV area. For complete relaxation, Turin's public parks and historic sites are within walking distance, but the hotel itself offers no dedicated spa, gym, sauna or pool.
