Quick access to the A14 motorway and the Bologna ring road makes it ideal for drivers. The historic centre is 20-30 minutes away by car (or about 25-30 minutes by bus). A bus stop 100-200 m from the hotel provides services every 10 minutes to the city centre, Bologna Centrale station (bus 35), and the airport (bus 54). A shopping centre and several restaurants are within walking distance. Guests arriving by car find the free on-site parking a major convenience, while those relying on public transport can reach the centre without needing a taxi.

Rooms are generally spacious and clean, furnished in a classic Italian style. Soundproofing is effective when windows are closed; however, rooms at the front facing the road can experience some traffic and construction noise. Rear-facing rooms are quieter. Road-facing rooms have an exterior light that illuminates the room, and the curtain may not fully block it. Some rooms on the ground floor have windows close to ground level - these may feel less private. An attic room (top floor) is walk-up only (no lift). Bathrooms are private, with some reported as spacious and others compact. Amenities include free toiletries, a hairdryer, and a private bathroom with either a shower or bathtub.

The breakfast buffet includes pastries, croissants, fresh bread, cereals, yoghurt, fruit, cheese, cold meats, and hot drinks.
