HOTEL DELL'URBE, Rome

The hotel is situated on the 5th floor of a building, just 300 metres from Termini station. The metro is a 2-minute walk away, and most of Rome's main attractions are within a 25-40 minute walk or a short metro ride. The neighbourhood has a pharmacy at the base of the building and numerous restaurants, bars, and a supermarket close by. Ciampino Airport is 14 km away; the airport shuttle bus stop is also adjacent to Termini. The area around the station has a lively, mixed character, with high foot traffic and a visible police presence.

Room types include single, twin/double, triple, and quadruple configurations, all with private bathrooms with a shower, free toiletries, and bathrobes. In-room amenities include a flat-screen satellite TV, safe, wardrobe, private entrance, desk, refrigerator, and electric kettle. Some rooms feature a balcony. Road-facing rooms have good views and are naturally quiet from the height. Rooms near the lobby can hear noise from other guests returning late. The property is a simple guesthouse-style setup; it is practical for travellers who plan to be out exploring and need a clean, central base.

There is no breakfast included or served within the hotel itself. A café affiliated with the hotel is located on the same street and provides coffee and breakfast items. The immediate area around Termini has a wide variety of restaurants, pizzerias, and bars within a 2-3 minute walk, including Italian, Indian, and Japanese options. A refrigerator is provided in each room for storing drinks and snacks, and a microwave is available at reception.

The hotel does not have a pool, spa, gym, or other leisure amenities. This is a practical, city-centre accommodation focused on providing a clean, comfortable room for sightseeing or transit stays.

Wi-Fi is free in all rooms. A paid airport shuttle can be arranged for pick-up and drop-off. Luggage storage is free of charge. Daily housekeeping is included and includes towel changes. The reception is not always attended; guests typically communicate with the owner via messaging for check-in instructions and assistance. Express check-in/check-out is available, as is fax/photocopying for an extra charge. Security features include key access, a security alarm, and a safety deposit box. The 24-hour security staff monitor the property.
