The location puts you a 3-5 minute walk from Termini, giving direct rail links to Fiumicino Airport (30min) and quick metro access to the Colosseum, Vatican, and other sights. The surrounding streets contain numerous restaurants, pizzerias and cafés within 300 metres. For drivers, there is no hotel parking, but the hotel can recommend a nearby public car park. The area is busy and central, with a visible police and military presence near the station, which helps many feel secure at all hours. The hotel sits on a relatively quiet side street, so despite the central location, noise levels inside the property are manageable.

All rooms come with a private bathroom (shower, bidet, hairdryer, free toiletries) and a flat-screen satellite TV. While rooms are generally small, beds are comfortable and the property is well-maintained with daily cleaning and towel changes. Some rooms have been recently refurbished with modern bathrooms and good water pressure; others retain an older, dated look with very compact shower cubicles. The property is situated on upper floors of an older building; the lift is very small, and on occasion the elevator has been known to be out of service. A quiet room away from the street can be requested at booking to avoid street noise. There are no rooms with a balcony. The hotel offers family rooms with proper beds (no sofa or camp beds), board games, and a safe in each room.

Breakfast is available either included in your room rate or as a 10 EUR surcharge.
