Two supermarkets are within a 5-minute walk, and numerous restaurants including Gyukaku, McDonald's, and local Japanese eateries are within 0.3-0.5 km. The Ichiyo Memorial Museum is a 2-minute walk and Jokanji Temple is 600 metres away.

The twin room has 2 single beds, a kitchen, and a balcony. The quadruple room offers 3 beds (2 single and 1 double) and features a private hot tub. The family room occupies the entire 6th floor, with 3 separate bedrooms (sleeping up to 9 guests), a living room, a mini kitchen, 2 toilets, and 1 bathroom. All rooms have soundproofed walls for quiet between units, carpeted floors, flat-screen TV, free toiletries, and quiet street views. Housekeeping is every two days, and additional pillows and towels are available on request. Corridors may carry some noise from other doors.

Kitchens come with a refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, cookware, and induction cooktop, making it easy to prepare meals. A dining area is provided in every room. Within a 5-10 minute walk, there are numerous dining options including Gyukaku (Japanese BBQ), McDonald's, ramen shops, and local restaurants. Two supermarkets are nearby for groceries.

The quadruple and family rooms include a hot tub, offering a relaxing soak after a day of sightseeing. The bathroom also has a clothes drying function that can dry clothes in about 45 minutes. The hotel does not have a pool, gym, or spa.
