Senso-ji Temple, Ueno Park, and the Tokyo Skytree are all within a pleasant walk. Haneda Airport is about 50 minutes by train, Narita about 1 hour 20 minutes. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, with convenience stores, supermarkets, and a coin laundry nearby. Kappabashi-dori Kitchen Street and Matsuba Park are also close by.

The hotel offers double rooms (one 130 cm bed) and single rooms. While compact by Western standards, rooms are thoughtfully equipped: private bathroom with bath and shower, flat-screen TV, electric kettle, fridge, free toiletries, slippers, and pajamas. Soundproof walls and a quiet location ensure good sleep. Many find the beds comfortable. Note that double rooms are snug for two people with luggage; singles are ideal for one.
