The hotel is located on Berliner Allee, a main road, with the Antonplatz tram stop directly outside. The M4 tram runs frequently to Alexanderplatz (4 km) in about 10-15 minutes, with easy connections to other parts of Berlin. Berlin Cathedral is 4 km away, the Memorial of the Berlin Wall and Berlin TV Tower are 5 km from the hotel. Berlin Brandenburg Airport is 28 km away. The immediate area around Antonplatz is lively, with a supermarket, numerous restaurants (PastaLaden, Moon Restaurant, Fellini Pizza, etc.), cafés and shops all within a few minutes' walk. A supermarket is open until 22:00 just 50 metres away. For those arriving by car, free street parking can be found on neighbouring streets, but there is no loading zone directly in front of the hotel.

The hotel offers double rooms and family rooms. Double rooms have a private bathroom with shower, hairdryer and free toiletries. Family rooms are larger and include a private bathroom with both bath and shower, bathrobes, a flat-screen TV, tea and coffee maker, wardrobe and a safe. Some rooms feature gold-coloured fittings. All rooms have heating, a desk, TV, electric kettle and a fridge. Rooms facing the courtyard are significantly quieter than those overlooking the main road, which are exposed to tram and traffic noise. Noise from a nearby bar or partygoers in the inner courtyard has also been reported at night. No air conditioning is available. Some rooms have been noted as having thin walls. It is advisable to request a rear-facing room.

The hotel does not serve breakfast or operate a restaurant. There is no on-site bar or snack service. The area around Antonplatz offers a wide choice of dining options within a 5-minute walk, including PastaLaden, Moon Restaurant Berlin, Fellini Pizza, Platon Restaurant, La Paz and Engels Brunch, covering Italian, Greek and international cuisine.
