The hotel sits in the lively Romantic Zone, just 4 blocks from Los Muertos Beach and a 5-minute walk from the Malecón boardwalk. The area is dense with cafés, bars, restaurants, street food vendors, and boutiques - everything needed is within a short walk. Public bus stops are also close by, providing easy access to other beaches and areas of Vallarta. Puerto Vallarta Airport is roughly 15 minutes by taxi. The immediate area is very busy and can be noisy, especially at night, due to traffic and nightlife. Rooms at the back of the building are significantly quieter than those facing the street.

Room sizes vary from compact 13-14 m2 double rooms on the 5th floor (accessed only by stairs, with city and mountain views) to spacious 36-38 m2 family rooms (sleep up to 6) with private balconies. The Quadruple with Kitchenette (38 m2) includes a stove, utensils, and a fridge, and all kitchenette rooms have a balcony. Some double and quadruple rooms can have a fridge upon request at booking time. All rooms are air-conditioned (some basic rooms have only a ceiling fan), have a private bathroom with shower, and a flat-screen TV with cable. Rooms tend to be basic and lack storage such as closets or nightstands. Street-facing rooms are very noisy; rooms facing the back are much quieter. The property has no elevator, and all rooms are only accessible by stairs.

There is no restaurant on site, and breakfast is not available. A microwave is provided for general use in the lobby, and some rooms have a kitchenette with a stove and utensils. Coffee and drinking water are available in the reception area. The location places you in the centre of the Romantic Zone, where dozens of restaurants, cafés, and bars are practically on the doorstep - including Empanadas Xpress, Los Muertos Brewing, and Frida's Kitchen, all within a 2-3 minute walk.

The hotel's outdoor swimming pool is small and has a shallow end, making it best suited for a quick cool-down rather than serious swimming. The pool is located in a courtyard and receives little direct sunlight, so the water temperature tends to stay cool. Sun terraces with outdoor furniture are available on different levels of the property. There is no spa or fitness centre.

Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and common areas. Daily housekeeping is provided, with fresh towels available as needed and bedding changed every 2 nights. A 24-hour front desk staff can assist with concierge services, tour information, and luggage storage (free and useful for exploring the area before check-in or after checkout).
