The return walk to the resort is steep, making a taxi or Uber a common choice. A basic grocery store (Oxxo) is an 8-10 minute walk away. Lic. Gustavo Diaz Ordaz Airport is 12 km away; the resort does not provide airport transport, so plan for a taxi or Uber.

Rooms range from studios to multi-bedroom apartments and penthouses, most with king-size beds. Kitchens include a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and kitchenware. Select apartments offer a hot tub and fireplace. The best ocean views are on floors 4 to 8; the penthouse suites on floors 6, 7, and 8 feature open-concept spaces and sea views.
