Located on Hornsgatan, the hotel sits in a popular Södermalm area known for its vibrant restaurant and bar scene. The Mariatorget metro station (red line) is a few minutes away and reaches the central station in three stops. From Stockholm Central Station, take the underground to Mariatorget, exit at Torkel Knutssonsgatan, then walk 100 metres. Gamla Stan (Old Town) and Slussen are within 15 minutes on foot. A taxi from Arlanda Airport takes about 40 minutes; the Arlanda Express is 20 minutes plus metro; the airport coach is 40 minutes. Several restaurants, cafés, and a supermarket are within a 5-minute walk.

The hotel has 22 rooms in total. Rooms with shared bathroom (13 rooms) share 5 shower/toilet rooms in the corridor; these rooms are on the first floor and may face Hornsgatan, the courtyard, or a quiet back street. Rooms with private bathroom are located one floor up. The ground-floor rooms are accessed across the courtyard and down two stairs, making them unsuitable for those with walking difficulties. These five rooms have private bathrooms and access to a fully equipped shared kitchen with fridge, stove, oven, microwave, and kettle. All rooms include a desk, wardrobe, chairs, and opening windows. Larger rooms have two single beds (200 cm x 90 cm each) pushed together; no double beds. Some rooms face the inner courtyard for a quieter stay. Road-facing rooms may experience noise from street activity and nearby bars. Windows can be opened for ventilation, but rooms on lower floors may feel less private.

A daily breakfast buffet is provided in the breakfast room, offering bread, pastries, cheeses, meats, eggs, yoghurt, fruit, and hot drinks. The breakfast is continental-style and filling. For early departures, a takeaway breakfast bag can be requested at reception. Throughout the day, the breakfast room remains open with free coffee, tea, juice, fruit, and cakes available.
