The property sits just around the corner from Alvik Station, serving metro (green line), tram and bus routes. Stockholm's central station is one direct metro ride away. Old Town and City Hall are approximately 23 minutes by metro. Friends Arena is 15 minutes by taxi. A supermarket, restaurants and a lakeside walk are within a few hundred metres, making the neighbourhood practical for both sightseeing and daily errands.

Rooms range from studios to two-bedroom apartments, all with private bathroom and shower. Kitchenettes include a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave and kitchenware. Cable TV and tea/coffee makers (on request) are provided. Some apartments have a sofa bed that can accommodate extra guests, but the sofa bed may be less comfortable for sleeping. The property has no air conditioning; fans are available from reception. Windows open to 45 degrees for safety. Higher floors offer city views. Noise from the metro can be audible in rooms facing the tracks; rooms on higher floors away from the station are generally quieter.

Breakfast is available weekdays 6:30-9:30 and weekends 7:00-10:00, offering bread, cheese, ham, cereals, fruit and boiled eggs as the only hot option. The breakfast room can become crowded during peak hours (around 8:30-9:00). Several restaurants and cafés are within a 5-minute walk, including Kullens Bar & Kok and Al Caminetto, providing alternative dining options.

The fitness room is equipped with basic cardio and strength machines, and is accessible free of charge. A games room includes a billiards table and table tennis. The children's play area is indoors, suitable for younger kids. There is no spa, pool or sauna on site. The nearby lakeside area provides a pleasant setting for walks.
