HOTEL JULIA, Madrid

The hotel is situated in a business area of Madrid, placing it between Adolfo Suárez Airport (15 minutes by taxi) and the IFEMA convention centre (also easily reached via bus 104 or metro). Ciudad Lineal Metro station is 800 metres away, with two additional metro stations nearby offering connections to lines 5 and 7 for direct access to the city centre, the Wanda Metropolitano stadium, and key landmarks. There are numerous bus stops right outside, and the famous shops of Calle Alcalá are close by. Two parks are within walking distance, and Cívitas Metropolitano Stadium is 3 km away. The area is very quiet at night and on weekends, which is ideal for rest, but offers fewer dining and entertainment options. A supermarket is located next door, and several cafés and restaurants are within a 5-minute walk.

Breakfast is served daily in the cafeteria from 07:30, with a continental buffet that includes bread, pastries, coffee, and orange juice. During the week, breakfast costs €8 per person; on weekends it is free. The hotel also offers set menus and à la carte dining during the day at its restaurant, CASA JOVA, which serves Spanish cuisine in a family-friendly setting (open Monday to Friday 07:30-16:00). Vending machines with snacks and soft drinks are available 24/7. Wine and champagne are available at an additional charge. For those wanting more variety, a supermarket is next door, and several restaurants are within a 5-minute walk.

Wellness facilities such as a spa, swimming pool, or gym are not available at Hotel Julia. For relaxation, guests can use the shared lounge and TV area. The quiet location and nearby parks provide a good setting for walks or outdoor breaks between business or sightseeing. The area's quietness on weekends is an asset for a restful stay.

Wi-Fi is free and available in all areas, though the signal strength can be weak in some rooms. The 24-hour front desk offers concierge service, tour desk, and free luggage storage, making late arrivals and early departures practical. The hotel has an on-site restaurant and bar, and paid services include laundry, dry cleaning, and ironing. Business facilities include a 100m2 meeting room with natural light, fax/photocopying, and meeting/banquet facilities (with additional charge). Accessibility features include a lift, accessible parking, and facilities for disabled guests. Safety features include CCTV, smoke alarms, fire extinguishers, key card access, and a safety deposit box. The hotel is non-smoking throughout, with a designated smoking area.
