Montparnasse train station (5 minutes on foot) connects to high-speed rail. Several dining options are within a five-minute walk.

Single, double, twin, triple, and family-friendly quadruple (two adjoining rooms) and tribe rooms (up to 6 people) are available. Triple rooms offer either three single beds or one double plus one single by request. All rooms include a hairdryer, toiletries, and a work desk. Balconies are not offered. Soundproofing is present, but street-facing rooms may experience noise if windows are open. Air conditioning is installed; however, operational consistency has been variable, and a fan is often provided as a backup. Bathroom condition can vary; some units show signs of wear. Compact sizing is typical, especially in triple rooms, so packing light is advisable.

Breakfast includes breads, croissants, jams, cereals, yogurt, juices, and hot drinks. A cappuccino/espresso machine is available.
