The area is safe and walkable, though pavements can be narrow for luggage. The hotel is outside the ZTL zone, so driving and parking are more straightforward than in the historic core.

All rooms have a private bathroom with a shower, hairdryer, and free toiletries, and some include a balcony with views of Florence's Cathedral rooftops or an inner courtyard. Room sizes vary - some are described as quite spacious, while others can feel compact, especially for groups of four. Beds are generally comfortable, and rooms are kept clean with daily housekeeping (towels changed every two days). Sound insulation is inconsistent: some rooms are quiet, especially those facing the inner courtyard, while street-facing rooms and rooms with older windows can be noisy. Air conditioning is available but may require tuning; some units have a fixed temperature without a remote.
