The area is a practical, less touristy base with several convenience stores and casual dining options within a few minutes' walk, including 7 Tacos Steak and Grill, The Eatery, and Express Kebab. Vaclav Havel Airport is 13 km away. For those arriving by car, street parking is very limited; the hotel's reserved off-site parking is a 2-3 minute walk away. The lift only reaches the half-landing between floors, so some stair climbing with luggage is unavoidable.

Accommodation options range from single rooms to spacious family rooms, all equipped with a work desk, flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and free toiletries. Some double, triple, and family rooms feature a private bathroom with a shower, while other double and triple rooms share a bathroom with one adjacent room - a layout that can be inconvenient if both rooms are booked by separate parties.
