The area is highly walkable for city exploration, though car users should note the lack of on-site parking.

The room furniture is basic and dated, and cleanliness has been inconsistent, with reports of rubbish left from previous stays. The bed quilt has been noted to shed white specks, suggesting the bedding is worn.

The hotel does not have a restaurant or dining facility on the premises. When breakfast is included, it is a Japanese-style takeaway set consisting of a bottle of tea, a box with rice, a sausage, a meatball, and a piece of fish. For guests preferring Western-style breakfast items or hot drinks beyond what is provided, Türret Coffee (0.5 km), a 7-Eleven convenience store, and various international restaurants are within a 5-minute walk. The immediate vicinity offers Japanese sushi (Sushizanmai Honjin, Tsukiji Sushi Sen Main Shop), German cuisine (Pyramid), and izakaya (Warawara Tsukiji).
