The immediate neighbourhood includes several Asian and international restaurants within a 5-minute walk, a Lidl supermarket, and a patisserie just a few minutes away. While the area is generally quiet and safe, the hotel is directly adjacent to the Paris périphérique ring road, and rooms facing this side can experience continuous traffic noise, especially at night.

Accommodation ranges from twin and double rooms to quadruple rooms (with 2 or 4 beds) and suites with two bedrooms or a separate living area. Some family rooms offer interconnected doors for privacy. Many rooms have sealed windows and no air conditioning - only a fan is provided, which can make summer nights uncomfortable.
