The hotel is in a residential area of the 12th arrondissement, about a 30-minute metro ride from central Paris landmarks. The metro station (line 8) and tram T3 stop are on the doorstep, and Gare de Lyon is within walking distance. For airport access, CDG is reachable via RER B + metro (approx. 40 minutes), Orly via Orlybus + tram, and Beauvais by shuttle to Porte Maillot then metro line 1. The local area offers many restaurants, bakeries, and supermarkets within a few minutes' walk, plus the Bois de Vincennes park and the AccorHotels Arena (20 minutes on foot). No on-site parking is available, but a public garage is 500 m away. Light sleepers should be aware that metro vibrations and road noise can affect rooms facing the street, especially on lower floors.

The hotel offers single, double, twin, triple, superior, premium, and exclusive rooms. Superior rooms may have a shower or bathtub; exclusive rooms are the only ones guaranteed to have a bathtub (on request) and a mini-fridge. Standard rooms are compact - adequate for a short stay but tight for longer stays or multiple suitcases. Some rooms have been renovated and feature iPod docks, bathrobes, and slippers; others retain older décor with period fireplaces and crown moulding. Connecting rooms are available (one exclusive double + one standard double). All rooms include a hairdryer, iron, and safety deposit box. Road-facing and lower-floor rooms can be affected by metro noise and vibrations; higher floors and rooms at the back are quieter. Air conditioning is available but may be centrally controlled; in warmer months some rooms can be warm. Daily housekeeping is standard.

Breakfast is served from 7:00 to 10:00 and includes breads, pastries, cereals, yoghurt, fruit, boiled eggs, cheese, homemade jams, and a coffee/latte/cappuccino machine. The hotel does not have a restaurant or room service, but outside food and delivery are allowed.
