PRIVATE ROOM IN NEW APPARTMENT WITH FULL BATH, Los Angeles

The property sits in the El Salvador community corridor of Los Angeles, offering a central base for those with a car-downtown and various landmarks are reasonably close by road. However, walking around the neighborhood is not recommended after dark due to safety concerns reported about the area, and there is no convenient street parking. For those relying on public transport, the bus stop is about 3 minutes away, but journeys to major tourist attractions typically exceed one hour. A car is strongly recommended for getting around. Several restaurants and food options (Yoshinoya Beef Bowl, La Barca, Bacari, Pina's, Dino's Chicken and Burgers) are within 1 km, so dining out is feasible by car.

The room is spacious and includes a private bathroom, two large walk-in closets, and a very comfortable mattress. The setup is modern, with an electric kettle, tea/coffee making facilities, free toiletries, and towels provided. The air conditioning is central and controlled for the whole house, not individually per room, which can make temperature management tricky. The room lacks a television and a mini-fridge. Soundproofing is very poor-noise from neighboring rooms and outside traffic is easily heard, making it less suitable for light sleepers unless earplugs are used. Cleanliness standards have been inconsistent, with some reports of unwashed linen or hair in the room upon arrival. The electric kettle in the shared kitchen may also be non-functional at times.
