The hotel sits at the border of the Marais and Haut-Marais, placing it within walking distance of the Centre Pompidou, Les Halles and the Rue de Bretagne market street. Three metro stations - Temple, République and Arts et Métiers - serve lines 3, 5, 8, 9 and 11, giving direct routes to the Eiffel Tower, Opéra Garnier and Galeries Lafayette. Gare du Nord is a 15-minute walk or a short metro ride. A bus stop at République connects to Pont Neuf (bateaux-mouches) and the main department stores. The immediate area is filled with bakeries, supermarkets, restaurants and bars, making it practical for both sightseeing and daily errands.

Single rooms (11 m2) have a shower; double rooms (13 m2) add tea and coffee facilities and a street view. Superior twin and double rooms (17 m2) offer a choice of two single beds or a large bed, plus a bath or shower. Triple and quadruple rooms range from 17-21 m2 and accommodate 3-4 people. Junior suites (22 m2) provide the most space, a large bright bathroom with a double window, and a bath or shower. Each room includes individually controlled air-conditioning, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a safe and a courtesy tray. Some rooms face the Church of St. Elizabeth of Hungary; others overlook the Haussmann-style zinc roofs of Rue de Turbigo. Several upper-floor rooms offer distant views of the Eiffel Tower. The lift serves all eight floors, but the stairs are narrow and spiral.

The breakfast buffet includes croissants, pain au chocolat, bread, hot drinks, cereals, fruit salad, yoghurt, orange juice, dried fruit and a selection of jams. It is a straightforward continental offering without hot items, suitable for a quick start to the day. The hotel has no restaurant or room service. For other meals, Rue de Bretagne and the surrounding streets offer dozens of brasseries, bistros and international restaurants within a 3-minute walk.

The communal areas include a lobby with club armchairs, a lounge with plush sofas and a bar where drinks and newspapers are available. A small terrace is also open for guests. For leisure activities outside the hotel, the Marais district offers extensive shopping, museums (Picasso, Carnavalet, Pompidou) and sightseeing walks to Notre-Dame, the Louvre and the Seine.

Wi-Fi is free throughout the building. The 24-hour front desk can arrange taxi bookings, provide tourist information and store luggage before check-in or after check-out. The lift serves all eight floors, but some rooms on the top floor require a final flight of stairs. Parking is available at a nearby private lot for €35 per day with reservation. A laundromat is a 3-minute walk away; a supermarket and pharmacy are right outside. Baby cots are provided on request, and city tax of €1.88 per person per night applies.
