The hotel is situated in a quiet residential neighbourhood, around 700 metres (5-10 minutes walk) from Lodi T.I.B.B. Metro station on the yellow line (MM3). This metro line connects directly to Milan Central Station and the Fashion District. Tram 16 stops directly outside, providing a direct 10-minute journey to Piazza Duomo, as well as Santa Maria delle Grazie and San Siro Stadium. Buses 90 and 92 are also a short walk away. Linate Airport is 10-15 minutes by taxi or bus (bus 92 or the Starfly shuttle). Malpensa Airport is about 50 minutes to one hour away, reachable via the Malpensa Express to Cadorna Station then the metro, or via shuttle bus to Central Station then bus 92. The city centre is about a 15-minute tram ride or a 20- to 30-minute walk. Several restaurants, cafés, shops, and a supermarket are all within a short walking distance. The neighbourhood is considered safe.

The hotel offers twin, double, and single rooms. Each room includes a kettle, free coffee (espresso) and tea, a minibar with snacks and beverages, a hairdryer, and a safe. Some bathrooms have been renovated with modern tiling and powerful showers. However, certain rooms are described as small or compact, especially the budget-priced rooms. Road-facing rooms are generally quieter from street noise, though noise between adjacent rooms (especially voices and footsteps) is reported as noticeable. Rooms are cleaned daily, with towels refreshed. No rooms have a balcony. There is no dedicated workspace desk in every room. The air conditioning is effective and controllable.
