HOTEL MIANO BY LIMEHOME, Munich

The hotel sits in the lively Pasing district, steps from the station's long-distance and local rail links. Marienplatz city centre is a 13-minute S-Bahn ride, and Oktoberfest grounds at Hackerbrücke are reachable in 10 minutes by train. The Allianz Arena takes 30 minutes via Marienplatz and U6, while Olympiapark & Olympiahalle require a change to U3 at Marienplatz. A cab stand is directly outside, and a bus stop is in front of the hotel. The area offers a Lidl and Edeka supermarket below the hotel, plus restaurants such as La Via, Call A Pizza, and a Thai option within 0.5 km. Pasing Arcaden shopping mall, the Pasinger Stadtpark with jogging routes, and the Pasinger Fabrik cultural centre are all within walking distance. On-street free parking is possible, but the hotel's own secure underground car park (€15/day) is the most straightforward option for drivers.

Single Rooms (14-16 m2) feature a 120 cm bed, separate toilet, rain shower, hair dryer, safe, and triple-glazed windows for quiet sleep. Classic Rooms (16 m2) have a 160 cm queen bed and an open bathroom design separated by a room divider - suitable for solo travellers or couples on short city trips but noted as very compact and lacking a coffee maker. Comfort Rooms are individually furnished, barrier-free, and offer more space plus a coffee machine. Family Rooms (24-30 m2) sleep up to 3 with a queen/king bed and an extra sofa bed or pull-out couch; an additional bed or baby cot costs €20 per request. Suites (30-46 m2) are bright and spacious, with a large open closet, coffee machine, and enough space for small meetings of 3-4 people. Some rooms have the shower open in the room or in the wardrobe area - less suitable for those wanting a fully enclosed bathroom. Room floors are painted concrete (no fitted carpet), and some rooms in the smaller categories feel tight for two adults with luggage. Comfort and Suite rooms are recommended for longer stays or more space. No kettle, fridge, or telephone in standard rooms.

The nearest public gym is Fit Star Pasing, a 5-minute walk from the station. The Pasinger Stadtpark directly behind the hotel offers jogging routes. A bicycle rental is located 300 m from the hotel on Bodenseestrasse, and the hotel's own secure bike storage room (free, 24-hour access) includes e-bike charging. For cultural leisure, the Pasinger Fabrik municipal cultural centre stages theatre, music, exhibitions, and opera performances.

The hotel offers a lift, soundproofed rooms in many categories, and disabled-accessible rooms with wheelchair access, grab rails, and lowered fixtures. A minimarket and snack bar are on site. Adapters can be rented at reception, and hygiene items (toothbrush, razor) are provided free. Luggage storage is available before check-in and after check-out. For longer stays, bed linen can be changed daily on request. The laundry service is a 300 m walk away. Key card access and 24-hour CCTV operate for security. Accepted payment methods include American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club, and EC-Card. Some room categories lack a coffee maker (classic rooms), kettle, fridge, or telephone. Housekeeping can be declined for a free drink voucher at the bar.
