Munich Hauptbahnhof is a 10-minute walk away, and Marienplatz is 15-20 minutes on foot or one U-Bahn stop. The Oktoberfest site is a 5-10-minute walk. The central bus station is also nearby, and the Messe München expo centre is reachable in about 20 minutes via underground. A supermarket is within 5-10 minutes on foot. While the immediate area has construction works, the neighbourhood is quiet and safe at night.

All rooms include a private bathroom with a bathtub or shower, a hairdryer, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Each room has a minibar (empty), a fan, and heating. Some rooms feature a balcony or terrace overlooking the inner courtyard, while others face the street - rooms facing inward are quieter. The furnishings are functional but reflect an older style.
