The Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, and Uffizi Gallery are reachable on foot in around 15 minutes. The area is well connected - the tram stop is a short walk, and both the train station and airport bus stop are nearby. Parking is off-site and requires advance booking. The street can be busy with vehicle and motorcycle traffic at night.

Rooms range from compact twins to spacious doubles, some with a private bathroom (shower, hairdryer, free toiletries) and others with a shared bathroom. Certain rooms face a quiet inner courtyard or a quieter street, though road-facing rooms may be noisier. Room size and condition vary - some have been described as spacious and clean, while others feel small and dated. Noise from neighbouring rooms and the street can be an issue; rooms near the breakfast area may be audible from 07:00. Mosquito presence has been reported, and some rooms have limited natural light. A floor-level shower screen and an alarm clock are available.

Breakfast includes fresh croissants, bread, ham, cheese, yoghurt, fruit, orange juice, and a coffee machine with cappuccino and espresso. The selection is simple but sufficient for a good start to the day, and the terrace setting is a highlight. Breakfast staff are helpful, though the coffee machine may not always be ready at 07:30. The hotel has no restaurant or bar, but the surrounding streets are packed with trattorias and cafés within a 2- to 5-minute walk.

Wi-Fi is free throughout. Luggage storage is offered both before check-in and after check-out, allowing free exploration of the city. Daily cleaning is provided if requested, along with fresh towels.
