SLEEP TIGHT FLORENCE APARTMENT, Florence

The apartment is well positioned for accessing both the train station and the historic centre on foot - Santa Maria Novella is roughly 10-15 minutes away, while Piazza del Duomo and the main sights are a 20-25 minute walk. For quicker trips, the tram stop is within 7 minutes on foot and connects to the centre, and bus stops are directly in front of the building. The street is busy, and some rooms facing the road can be noisy; rooms at the back or off the main street offer quieter stays. Several restaurants, a supermarket, and a self-service laundry are within walking distance, making it a practical base for exploring Florence without a car.

Each apartment features a separate bedroom, a living area with a sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stovetop, refrigerator, oven, and basic cookware. Available configurations range from studios for one person to two-bedroom apartments for families or groups. Some units include a terrace with garden views or a small balcony suitable for smoking. The bathrooms are private but compact - the shower cabin is notably small, and a bathtub is not available. All apartments are air-conditioned and have soundproof walls, a flat-screen TV, and tea and coffee making facilities. The property has no lift, and rooms on upper floors are accessed via narrow stairs. The decor is traditional Italian with high ceilings and, in some rooms, painted ceilings, though furniture and fittings can be dated.

The restaurant offers a traditional Italian menu and is open every day from 12:00-15:00 and 19:00-23:30. Grocery deliveries can be arranged for an additional charge, and each apartment has a kitchenette for self-catering. Around the property, there are several dining options within a short walk, including pizzerias and trattorias, providing variety for evening meals. Breakfast is not available on-site, so guests relying on a morning meal should plan to shop at a nearby supermarket or visit a local café.

The apartments offer outdoor furniture for relaxation, but there is no swimming pool, spa, gym, or other leisure facilities. For outdoor activities, bicycle rental is available for an additional charge, providing a convenient way to explore Florence and the surrounding area.

Reception services include luggage storage (free of charge) and express check-in/check-out - useful for early arrivals or late departures. Daily housekeeping is provided at no extra cost, and fresh towels are available on request. The property accepts Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, CartaSi, and bank transfer payments. Pets are allowed on request, and charges may apply. Parking is available at a nearby garage for €25 per day (reservation not needed), and free street parking is possible from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. and all day Sunday. There is no lift, and no airport shuttle service is offered.
