HOTEL LE FABE, Paris

The hotel sits in one of the most characteristic Parisian neighbourhoods, packed with bars, bistros, theatres, and cabarets. Pernety Metro (line 13) is just a few minutes' walk, allowing easy access to central attractions such as the Latin Quarter, Saint-Germain-des-Prés, Luxembourg Gardens, and Notre-Dame within about 10 minutes by transit. Gare Montparnasse is a 10-minute walk (Pasteur exit), giving direct train connections plus Air France shuttle buses to Charles de Gaulle (1 hour) and Orly (35 minutes). The Latin Quarter and Saint-Germain are close enough to reach on foot or by a short metro ride. For car users, nearby private parking costs €25 per day and must be reserved. The surrounding streets are safe even late at night, with many restaurants, bakeries, and shops within a block. The Eiffel Tower is about 40 minutes away on foot or a short metro trip.

The continental breakfast buffet includes breads, pastries, cereals, yoghurt, fresh orange juice, hot drinks, and homemade jams from Confiture Au Chaudron. Gluten-free bread and soy milk are on request for a supplement. The breakfast room is small and can become crowded, but the long serving window (06:00-12:00) allows flexible timing. The hotel also has a bar and offers room service. A coffee station with free hot drinks is available to all, and many rooms include a Nespresso machine. For lunch or dinner, the surrounding Montparnasse streets are lined with restaurants, including La Cantine du Troquet, Bistrotters, Sodam, and Pizzamore, all within a few minutes' walk.

The front desk is staffed around the clock, providing concierge service, express check-in/out, and private check-in. Luggage storage is free and secure, available both before check-in and after check-out. The hotel has a lift to all floors, a business centre with a computer and sofa area, and a vending machine for drinks. Meeting/banquet facilities and fax/photocopying are available.
