Gare Montparnasse is a 10-minute walk (Pasteur exit), giving direct train connections plus Air France shuttle buses to Charles de Gaulle (1 hour) and Orly (35 minutes). The Latin Quarter and Saint-Germain are close enough to reach on foot or by a short metro ride. For car users, nearby private parking costs €25 per day and must be reserved. The surrounding streets are safe even late at night, with many restaurants, bakeries, and shops within a block. The Eiffel Tower is about 40 minutes away on foot or a short metro trip.

Rooms are designed in a modern, bright style with double glazing and soundproofing, though street-facing rooms on lower floors can still carry traffic noise. Standard 'Cosy & Charme' rooms feature queen-size beds, while superior 'Plaisir' rooms offer king-size beds and often a bathtub or larger shower. Room sizes vary widely: many are compact but functional for one or two people, while some reviews describe rooms as spacious for Paris, especially those on upper floors.
