IBIS STYLES PARIS PLACE D'ITALIE - BUTTE AUX CAILLES, Paris

The hotel lies 3 km from Notre-Dame Cathedral, 3 km from Opéra Bastille, and about 12 km from Orly Airport. From Charles de Gaulle, take RER B to Denfert-Rochereau, then metro line 6 to Corvisart. From Orly, take the Orlybus to Denfert-Rochereau, then line 6. The nearby metro line 6 also provides a direct route for day trips to Versailles (RER C) and Disneyland Paris. The neighbourhood is safe and lively, with bars, restaurants, and a bakery within a 5-minute walk. Sunday farmers' markets are held nearby.

Rooms have a carpeted floor, heating, soundproof walls, a wardrobe, and a desk. Private bathrooms feature a walk-in shower, hairdryer, and toiletries (shower gel, toilet paper, towels). Rooms are compact by Paris standards - especially single and double rooms - and may feel small for travellers with large suitcases. Family rooms offer city views and multiple bed configurations (2, 3 or 4 beds). There are no in-room kettles or mini-fridges. Road-facing rooms can pick up street noise, and some rooms have experienced operational noise from the air-conditioning system. The design is modern with graffiti-inspired decor, but some areas may show wear.

The breakfast buffet includes a selection of bread, croissants, cheese, ham, yoghurt, cereal, and fresh orange juice. Eggs are available in boiled form or as a DIY à-la-minute option. The breakfast room can get busy, particularly at peak times. Outside breakfast hours, the hospitality corner provides free hot drinks (coffee, tea, hot chocolate), water, and sweet treats throughout the day. The hotel has a bar and a snack bar. For more variety or a full hot meal, the surrounding Butte aux Cailles area offers numerous restaurants, crêperies, and cafés within a short walk.
