The Harvey sits on a quiet street in the 17th arrondissement, 150 metres from the Palais des Congrès and its shopping centre. Metro line 1 (Porte Maillot and Argentine) provides direct access to La Défense, the Louvre, and Disneyland Paris (via RER A). Seven bus lines stop at Porte Maillot, including bus 73 to Musée d'Orsay and bus 82 to Trocadéro and the Eiffel Tower. Beauvais airport shuttles stop 5 minutes on foot. The neighbourhood is safe and lively, with many restaurants, cafés, and shops along avenue des Ternes. Bois de Boulogne is a 2-minute walk for jogging or relaxation.

All 31 rooms feature double-glazed windows, flat-screen satellite TV, minibar, safe, kettle, and free fibre Wi-Fi. Opera Classic rooms overlook a quiet courtyard with original Paris-monument wall art. Deluxe rooms have Dedar and Pierre Frey fabrics and a 'Rooftops of Paris' theme; some include a balcony. Etoile Superior rooms are the largest (28-30 m2) with a separate living area, two French windows onto a quiet street, and some feature a balcony or terrace. Beds can be configured as queen or two twins; triple and quadruple setups are available. The 6th floor (with Opera rooms) is only accessible via stairs from the 5th floor. A ground-floor room is adapted for disabled guests. No connected rooms, but free cots and pushchairs are available on request.

The breakfast buffet offers fresh baguettes, croissants, pains au chocolat, cereals, fruit salad, yoghurts, French cheeses, and charcuterie, plus coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. Gluten- and lactose-free options can be arranged the day before. Children's breakfast is 6.50€ for ages 6-12; infants eat free. In the evening, the breakfast room doubles as a casual space with a microwave for reheating food, and the hotel offers beer, wine, and soft drinks.
