Benito Juarez, a 7-minute walk, connect to nearby attractions and beach towns. Bicycle rental is available on-site. While the beach and main entertainment hub are a 20-30 minute walk, many find the extra distance worthwhile for the quiet atmosphere and authentic local feel. Night security is present for street-parked vehicles, but the location is best for those comfortable walking a moderate distance or using local transport.

All rooms offer private bathrooms with showers and hairdryers, air conditioning, flat-screen cable TV, tea/coffee facilities, a seating area, and a safe deposit box. Kitchenettes include a hob, fridge, microwave, toaster, and utensils - ideal for self-catering. Some rooms have a sofa bed, and some are set in a rustic tropical-style building with a thatched roof. The quieter, spacious apartments (especially in the main house) receive consistent praise for comfort and cleanliness, while the annex rooms in the converted house can feel smaller, darker, and more humid. Road-facing rooms may pick up street noise from occasional groups. A few rooms have the private bathroom located just outside the room, and all units in the annex are accessible only by stairs - not suitable for those with heavy luggage or mobility concerns.

The room kitchenettes are well-equipped for cooking your own meals. The shared kitchen and dining area provide extra space. A large supermarket is within a 10-minute walk for groceries. Breakfast at the nearby restaurant includes coffee, juice or fruit, and eggs. The quiet streets offer several local pizzerias and casual eateries within 0.5 km, and a park next door has a café. Given the distance from the main dining strip, self-catering is a practical and cost-effective option for longer stays.

The pool is open all year and serves as the main leisure focus, surrounded by sun loungers and greenery. Paid massage options include back, foot, full-body, and beauty treatments. The garden area offers a calm space for reading or relaxing with hammocks. Bicycle rental (around 170 pesos per day) and tours can be arranged on-site, and the property also offers paid diving, snorkelling, fishing, and windsurfing activities.
