Termini provides direct Leonardo Express trains to Fiumicino (30 min) and regional trains to Ciampino (15 min plus bus). The metro lines A and B connect to the Colosseum (2 km), Spanish Steps, and Vatican. Several restaurants, a Conad supermarket, and a shopping centre are within a 2-3 minute walk. Villa Borghese park (2 km) is a 20-minute walk. The safe area allows walking at night. Street-level entrance has a lift for luggage.

Room types include single, double, twin/double, triple, quadruple and suites with separate living area. All have private bathroom with shower, hairdryer, and free toiletries. Some rooms are compact, especially double rooms, while suites and quadruple rooms are more spacious. Air conditioning is present but reported as inconsistent in some rooms - a portable fan may also be available. Heated rooms in winter. Rooms are tiled, with flat-screen TV, safe deposit box, and free bottled water. Higher-floor rooms tend to be quieter. Giuliani, Ristorante da Dino, Mamma Angela Trattoria, and others are all within 0.5 km. A shopping centre next to the station includes a supermarket for self-catering items. Rooms have a refrigerator and electric kettle, so guests can store and prepare cold or hot drinks.
