The ADO International Bus Station is 400 m (a 7-minute walk) and the Cozumel ferry terminal is about 10 minutes on foot. Walmart is a 7-minute walk for groceries. The property is located behind the restaurant Romeo Trattoria Pizzeria on a quiet side street, offering a secluded feel within a very central area. The surrounding streets feel safe at all hours. Several local taco spots and a coffee shop are within metres of the door, and a wider selection of restaurants are within a 3- to 4-block walk in the opposite direction from the tourist core.

Each studio is a private unit with its own entrance and includes a well-equipped kitchen with an induction stove, microwave, refrigerator, blender, coffee maker, and all necessary cookware and utensils. The air conditioning works effectively, and a ceiling fan is also provided. The private bathroom offers good water pressure and hot water. A flat-screen TV with cable channels is included. Ground-floor rooms have direct access to a shared terrace and garden. Rooms are spacious enough for comfortable daily living and storage. Some studios share a patio area, but noise from neighbouring units is minimal. Bedding is a large king-size bed. Cots are available on request.

The attached Romeo Trattoria Pizzeria is run by the same management and serves pizza, pasta, and seafood dishes. It is open for dinner and is often busy. Guests receive a 10% discount. For other meals, the kitchen in each studio is fully equipped for self-catering, including mornings. A Walmart is a 7-minute walk. Multiple cafés and taco spots are within a one-minute walk along Fifth Avenue and neighbouring streets. The hotel does not offer a breakfast service, a bar, or a lunch menu.

The property includes a sun terrace, a garden with outdoor furniture, and a picnic area. The beach is a 3-minute walk, and the ferry to Cozumel is within easy walking distance. There is no pool, spa, gym, or other dedicated leisure facility on site.
