ZOHO SKIES BY MONYXBNB, Puerto Vallarta

The property is situated in a central area of Puerto Vallarta, within walking distance of the Malecón boardwalk and numerous restaurants. Playa de Oro is 2 km away, the International Convention Center is 4 km, and Aquaventuras Park is 10 km. The airport is 5 km from the property. Note that access involves a steep climb of 90+ stairs from the street to the building, plus narrow internal spiral stairs - best for active travellers without heavy luggage. A free airport shuttle is provided, and car hire is available. Nearby you'll find convenience stores and local eateries within a 5-10 minute walk.

Each unit features a private entrance, separate living room, 2-3 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms with walk-in shower and bath. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stovetop, refrigerator, oven, coffee machine, and kitchenware. Apartments are fitted with soundproof walls, a washing machine, flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a clothes dryer. Sea views are available from most units, especially the top-floor apartments. Some units may experience humidity-related odours; keeping windows open or using the air conditioning helps. The internal staircase is narrow and spiral, so upper-floor apartments are best for agile travellers. Cots are available on request.

All apartments come with a full kitchen (stovetop, oven, refrigerator, cookware) for self-catering. Grocery deliveries are available, and room service can be ordered. The property's central location places it within a short walk of several local restaurants and the Malecón dining area. A BBQ facility is available on the terrace for outdoor cooking.

The heated pool is open until 10 pm and offers panoramic ocean and city views. Around the pool there are sun loungers and a terrace with BBQ facilities. Additional wellness amenities include a sauna, hot tub, massage services, and a solarium. The property also has a games room and a children's playground. Direct beach access is available from the property. The fitness centre is well-equipped for daily workouts.

The property offers free WiFi in all rooms, free private parking on site (reservation required), and a free airport shuttle. A lift is available inside the building, though the main entrance requires climbing stairs. Services include express check-in/check-out, luggage storage, a tour desk, car hire, and laundry facilities. Accessible parking and a parking garage are provided. The property is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. Cots are available upon request. The shared lounge/TV area and BBQ facilities are open to all guests.
