The street itself can be noisy, particularly at night, so rooms facing the courtyard or quieter upper floors are recommended for light sleepers. The neighbourhood is busy and lively, with a mix of shops and eateries, and is generally considered safe even after dark.

Room types include singles, doubles, twins, triples, and quadruples. Twin rooms have two single beds in one space; quadruple rooms can be arranged with four single beds. Ceilings are high, and some rooms feature a courtyard view. The family room on the 6th floor has a private terrace.
