The central location puts you within 20 minutes' walk of the Trevi Fountain, Colosseum, and Pantheon, while the Vatican is a short metro ride away. Repubblica Metro is a 2-minute stroll, and Termini station is 10 minutes on foot, giving direct access to regional lines and the Leonardo Express for FCO airport. The side street keeps the area quieter than main boulevards, yet dozens of restaurants, bars, and shops are immediately around the corner. For morning arrivals, free luggage storage allows you to start exploring straight away.

The hotel offers single, twin, double, and triple rooms, all with private bathrooms equipped with shower, bidet, and hairdryer. Superior rooms on the first floor are flexible with bed type and have been fully refurbished. Standard rooms are located on the 5th floor - the lift stops at the 4th, so a flight of stairs is required. These 5th-floor rooms are described as outdated, with thin walls and small bathrooms, and lack tea/coffee facilities. Rooms on renovated floors are clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Air conditioning is effective, but some older rooms have limited temperature control. Soundproofing is minimal on the 5th floor, so road-facing or adjacent noise may be heard.

Breakfast is served daily from 7:00 and includes eggs, bacon, sausages, meats, cheeses, yogurt, cereals, and fresh pastries. Gluten-free options are provided upon request. During busy periods, some hot items may run low before being replenished. The hotel has a bar open until 21:30, as well as a snack bar and coffee shop on site. There is no restaurant, but dozens of dining options are within a 2-minute walk, serving Italian and international cuisine.

Leisure facilities are limited to the shared lounge and TV area. There is no fitness centre, pool, or wellness centre on the property.
