PALMA, Rome

The property sits in a residential street a short walk from the main train station, which connects directly to Fiumicino and Ciampino airports. Metro lines A and B are within a few minutes' walk, and bus routes stop close by. The Colosseum, Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps are within a 20-30 minute walk or a short metro ride. The immediate area has many mid-range restaurants, cafes and a supermarket. The street itself can feel busy but the building is set back, which helps with quiet.

Room types range from single to family-sized, with double beds or two single beds available. The rooms are generally clean and functional, with many newly refurbished. Some rooms are spacious with a balcony or overlooking a garden. Others can be small, with limited natural light or windows facing an internal courtyard. Road-facing rooms and rooms near the entrance experience noise. Rooms feature a wardrobe, safe, tiled floors, and a private bathroom with shower. Bed firmness and mattress quality vary.

The property's leisure facilities are limited to a small garden area at the separate building, providing a quiet spot to sit. There is no fitness centre, pool or wellness area on site. The main recreation option is direct walking access to central Rome's sights, parks, and the city's restaurant scene.

The 24-hour reception can help with city tours and taxi booking. Luggage storage is free, allowing sightseeing after check-out until the evening. A paid laundry service is available. Wi-Fi is free and generally reliable. A safe is provided in rooms. The building has CCTV, fire alarms, and key access for security. No iron or kettle is provided in rooms, but a shared kettle is available. A lift serves upper floors. Cots can be requested. The property does not accept online check-in.
