Roma Termini station is about a 15-minute walk, making it practical for rail arrivals and departures. The Colosseum and Domus Aurea are within a 10-15 minute walk. The nearest airport is Rome Ciampino, 13 km away. The area has numerous restaurants and bars within 300 metres. Street noise from the main road can be audible in front-facing rooms, while rooms overlooking the garden are generally quieter.

Accommodation options include bunk beds in mixed dormitories (room types vary from 2-bed to 6-bed dorms) and twin/double rooms with private bathrooms. All rooms feature heating, tile floors, and individual lockers with an internal power socket. Some rooms have a private bathroom with shower, bidet, and hairdryer. Dorm rooms may use room dividers rather than solid doors, so light and noise from the corridor can be noticeable. Twin/double rooms offer more privacy and a lockable door. Road-facing rooms can be noisier due to street traffic, while garden-facing rooms are quieter. Bed size and comfort vary - mattresses have been described as firm; some are covered with a plastic protector. Beds may creak with movement.
