The F train provides direct service to Midtown Manhattan in under 15 minutes. Due to the neighborhood's character, extra caution is recommended when walking alone at night. Ride-sharing services are a practical alternative for late returns.

Room types include double rooms (queen bed) and quadruple rooms (two beds). The rooms are compact with basic furnishings: a wardrobe (open hanging with two hangers), carpeted floor, and heating. The private bathroom features a bathtub or shower with hairdryer. Toiletries are limited to small bar soap; it is advisable to bring your own shampoo and body wash. The queen mattress is encased in a plastic cover, which can be noisy and cause overheating. Noise from the AC unit, hallway, and neighboring rooms is common. For a quieter stay, request a room away from the elevator and street. Air conditioning is available but may be noisy. No coffee maker or safe is provided.
