Nearby attractions include the Asakura Museum of Sculpture (8 min walk), Kyoouji Temple (600 m), and Ueno Park (7 min by train). The surrounding area is less touristy and provides a genuine Tokyo neighbourhood feel. Note that the property is directly adjacent to multiple train lines; train noise is audible in most rooms, especially those facing the tracks. Earplugs are provided. The hotel can assign quieter rooms upon request before check-in.

Room types range from single and double rooms to twin, quadruple, and family rooms. Family rooms feature tatami flooring with futons alongside standard beds, offering extra space for groups. Most rooms have carpeted floors and include pajamas, a hairdryer, and a bidet toilet. Some rooms have a balcony, though the view often faces train tracks. A few rooms have limited natural light due to frosted windows. The air-conditioning system is centrally controlled; some units may have restricted individual adjustment. For light sleepers, requesting a room away from the tracks is strongly recommended. The hotel can also provide a quiet room if informed before check-in.
