The surrounding area is densely packed with restaurants, convenience stores, and nightlife venues. The Haneda Airport limousine bus stops at Tokyu Kabukicho Tower, just 3 minutes away. The immediate neighbourhood is active at all hours, with street noise from clubs, bars, and the nearby hospital audible in street-facing rooms. Those seeking complete quiet should plan for earplugs or request an interior-facing room.

All rooms are air-conditioned and heated, with a private bathroom featuring a bathtub, shower, bidet, hairdryer, slippers, and toiletries. Each room has a fridge, electric kettle, flat-screen TV, and safe. The small double bed measures 120 cm by 195 cm. Rooms are very compact - most suitcases must be stored under the bed.
