The hotel's location is its strongest asset - an easy 5-minute walk from the busiest transport hub in Tokyo, yet tucked away on a calm street that guarantees a peaceful night. Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden, Isetan and Takashimaya department stores are all within 250-500 metres. The Shinjuku Skyscraper District and Kabukicho entertainment area are each about a 10-minute stroll. Convenience stores (7-Eleven, FamilyMart) and a wide selection of restaurants are practically on the doorstep. The Shinjuku bus terminal (Busta Shinjuku) is nearby, offering direct buses to Kawaguchiko and other destinations, making the hotel a practical base for day trips as well as city exploration.

Rooms are snug - ideal for solo travellers or short city breaks, but tight for two people with luggage. All units have a desk, en-suite bath, and fully equipped kitchenette (fridge, stovetop, kettle, utensils). Noise insulation is limited: street-facing rooms can be disturbed by late-night activity, and internal soundproofing between rooms is basic. The building has no lift, and rooms are on four floors. Decor follows an eclectic, antique-industrial style with exposed concrete floors and quirky furniture; some upkeep issues such as worn curtains and dated bathroom fixtures have been noted. Daily towel changes are provided, but room cleaning is not included. A designated women-only single room is also available.

The in-room kitchenette (hot plate, fridge, kettle, cookware) allows guests to prepare simple meals, though space is limited. Nearby dining options are abundant: Tsukemen Gonokami Seisakujo and J.S. BURGERS CAFE Shinjuku are just 0.5 km away, while Gyukatsu Motomura, Nabezo, Shinjuku Tsunahachi Sohonten and Nakajima are all around 0.5 km. Convenience stores on the same street provide easy snack and drink access. The hotel does not operate its own restaurant or bar, so guests relying on room self-catering or local eateries for all meals.

The shared lounge and the hotel's in-house art gallery spaces (which host temporary exhibitions) serve as the main leisure and relaxation areas.
