Hotel Details

Location

Within a 1-minute walk of the Spanish Steps, this hotel offers easy walking access to Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, and the Colosseum.

The hotel is situated on Via Sixtina, a busy street near the top of the Spanish Steps. Most of Rome's historic centre is walkable: Trevi Fountain (10-15 min), Pantheon (20 min), Colosseum (20 min), Vatican City (35-40 min on foot or a short metro ride from Spagna station). A taxi from FCO airport costs approximately €48; the train (Leonardo Express) to Termini plus metro to Spagna is about €15 per person. Public parking is available nearby at ~€2 per hour with free parking on Sundays. The immediate area is packed with cafés, restaurants, and shops. Note that the hotel is uphill - guests should be comfortable navigating slopes and stairs.

Dining

Breakfast is included and features a basic continental buffet with packaged pastries, yogurt, and coffee; the hotel also has a bar and snack bar.

The complimentary breakfast buffet is served in a small dining room. Offerings are limited: typically industrial croissants, bread, yogurt, cereal, and a coffee machine (espresso and cappuccino). Hot items like scrambled eggs are sometimes available but not guaranteed. The selection is basic and limited. For lunch and dinner, the hotel partners with the nearby Artesfizio restaurant - just steps away - which serves meals via a voucher system. The hotel also has a bar and snack bar, and offers breakfast in the room. Wine and champagne are available for an additional charge. Kid-friendly buffet options exist. The surrounding streets offer many cafés and pizzerias for alternative dining.

Leisure

The hotel offers a shared terrace and family-oriented amenities such as board games and baby safety gates.

Wellness and leisure options are limited to the shared terrace and a few in-house amenities. Family guests will find baby safety gates and board games available. The hotel does not have a pool, gym, or spa. Given the central location, most guests spend their days exploring Rome's attractions. The tour desk can help arrange walking tours and excursions. The nearby Villa Borghese gardens are a popular spot for a stroll. Board games and a shared lounge/TV area provide limited leisure within the hotel.

Amenities

Free WiFi throughout the hotel, 24-hour front desk, free luggage storage, and a business centre are provided.

Free WiFi is available in all areas, though signal strength can vary; rooms near reception tend to have better connectivity. The 24-hour front desk offers concierge, tour desk, and private check-in/out. Luggage storage is free. A business centre with free fax/photocopying is available. Laundry and dry cleaning services are offered for an additional fee. Daily housekeeping is included. The hotel has a lift, but the entrance is on the second floor of a building with stairs. Safety deposit boxes are complimentary. Pets are allowed free of charge. Airport shuttle and shuttle service are available for an additional fee; public transport tickets can be purchased at reception. Vending machines for drinks and snacks are on-site. No on-site parking; public parking nearby costs ~€2 per hour.
