Standard rooms have no ocean view and may face the building next door. Balconies are present in most room types but some lower-floor ocean-view balconies may be partially blocked by the boardwalk awning. Bathrooms are private with a shower (no tub) and are described as small but updated. The property is older but has seen recent renovations including new floors, bathrooms, and beds in many rooms. Standard rooms are compact; Oceanfront and Deluxe rooms provide more space. A limited number of ADA-compliant units with roll-in showers and raised toilet seats are available.

Brothers Bistro is located on the first floor and offers a family-friendly menu with American cuisine. The restaurant is open for all three meals, and diners can order room delivery as well.
