The immediate area is quieter than the central Boardwalk zone; walking to the tourist shops and Boardwalk takes about 45 minutes. A 2-hour walk reaches Broadway at the Beach. During major events such as Bike Week or Memorial Day weekend, traffic on Ocean Boulevard can cause significant delays, and on-site parking becomes very limited-guetos may need to park in the overflow garage across the street. Public transport and ride-shares are the most reliable ways to explore further during peak periods.

Room types include studios, one- to three-bedroom suites, and villas. All units are air-conditioned and come with a flat-screen cable TV, tea/coffee maker, refrigerator, and safe. Many rooms feature full kitchens with cookware, dishwashers, and dining areas; some efficiencies have a kitchenette.
