Norte Train Station is a short walk, making arrivals from the airport or elsewhere seamless without a taxi. Turia Gardens and the Basilica de la Virgen de los Desamparados are about 2 km away. The nearest beach is roughly an hour on foot but comfortably reached by cycling. The neighbourhood is well supplied with supermarkets and a metro/train stop at the end of the street. While the area is vibrant, the hotel itself is set on a quiet street, and rooms facing the inner courtyard are especially peaceful.

Room types range from standard doubles to superior rooms, apartments and loft/private-terrace options. Standard and superior rooms are single-level; the loft and apartment with private terrace are duplex (notes that the loft's stairs can feel steep). Superior rooms have a French balcony with one stool, while the apartment offers a private 9m2 terrace. All units include a walk-in shower, hairdryer, flat-screen TV, soundproof walls, and air conditioning. Apartments add a kitchenette with fridge, dishwasher, microwave and kettle. Bedding is hypoallergenic and beds are described as very comfortable; rooms are consistently clean, quiet, and light-filled, with high ceilings in many. Daily housekeeping is provided, and a steamer is available in lieu of an iron. Some room images show garden views; others show city-view balconies.

Breakfast is not a buffet but ordered individually - choices include artisanal croissants, toast, yogurt bowls, acai bowls and toasts, priced between €3 and €7.50 per item.
