Valencia's Cathedral is a 600-metre stroll away, and Barrio del Carmen is reachable in about 15 minutes on foot. The Colon metro station, just 450 m from the hotel, connects directly to Valencia Airport (9 km away). For the beach, a bus stop 3 minutes away takes around 30 minutes; walking takes roughly an hour. A wide range of restaurants, shops, and a supermarket can be found within 5 minutes' walk, making the location ideal for exploring the city on foot.

Superior and Standard double rooms have an en-suite bathroom; Basic double rooms feature a private external bathroom located just across the hall. Some rooms have windows facing a ventilation shaft or an interior courtyard with little natural light. Many rooms are noted as large and comfortable, but soundproofing is minimal - single-pane windows and thin walls mean noise from the street, corridors, and upper floors can be intrusive. Earplugs are provided. Request a kettle and small fridge at booking (subject to availability). There are no twin-bed rooms and no balconies. Cots are available free of charge on request.
