Hudson Apartments sits on 15th Street in the Art Deco District, just one block from Española Way and two from Lincoln Road Mall. The beach can be reached in about 5 minutes at a slow pace, and the area is packed with restaurants, bars, shops, and grocery stores within a short walking radius. Miami International Airport is about 20-25 minutes by car. Public buses stop on the same block, and several well-priced parking garages are within 100-200 metres. The neighbourhood is lively and feels safe even at night, making it ideal for exploring on foot without needing a car.

Each apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen with stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware, and a coffee machine. Bedrooms have either a double or queen bed, and some units offer a separate living room with a sofa bed. Parquet floors and a dining area are standard. However, the exact layout, size, and condition vary significantly between units - some are spacious and well-maintained, while others have been reported as outdated, worn, or noisy. Road-facing rooms may experience street noise, and some air conditioning units are loud. Units do not have balconies. Those with city views or a private pool are available in select apartments. It is strongly recommended to confirm the specific unit details and recent maintenance before arrival.

Hudson Apartments does not have a restaurant or bar. Each unit's kitchen - including a stovetop, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and basic cookware - allows self-catering. The immediate neighbourhood offers a dense concentration of dining options: Cuban, Italian, Mexican, seafood, and fast food are all within a 3-minute walk. A Cuban café across the street serves sandwiches and coffee. Grocery and convenience stores are also nearby, making it easy to stock up for meals in the apartment.

The property features a small outdoor swimming pool and a sun terrace with a garden area, ideal for relaxing after a day out. The pool is open and accessible. There is no spa, gym, or BBQ area. The beach - with its broad shoreline and water sports - is a 5-minute walk, and the host provides beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella for guest use. The surrounding area also offers boating and other water activities.

WiFi is free in all rooms and generally reliable. A lift is present but may occasionally be out of service. Luggage storage is available for early arrivals or late departures. A laundry room with washing and drying machines is on each floor (paid). The host can arrange airport transfer for a fee (preferably paid in cash). Reception is not staffed 24/7, but the host is responsive via WhatsApp and can assist with check-in, late arrivals, and special requests. Cots and extra beds can be provided free of charge. The property accepts all major credit cards. Pets are allowed with a service animal certificate and possible charge. Designated smoking areas are available.
