The Premium Outlet mall and numerous restaurants are within walking distance, and the Florida Mall is 5 km from the property. The area is well-served by public transport, with a bus stop nearby, though parking is on-site for $20 per day.

All rooms are suite-style, ranging from double rooms to two-bedroom suites that can accommodate families of up to 6. Each suite includes a fully equipped kitchen with a full-size fridge, stove, oven, microwave, and kitchenware, plus a dining area. Living areas feature a sofa bed (in applicable suites) and a flat-screen TV. Some family suites have reported loud air conditioning units and limited soundproofing; rooms facing main AC areas may be noisier. Windows do not open, so fresh air is not available, but heating and air conditioning are sufficient for climate control. Bathrooms are private, with showers only (some with tubs) and free toiletries; some suites have two bathrooms. Beds are comfortable for most, though a few found the mattress too firm.

The complimentary breakfast includes hot items such as eggs, sausage or bacon, potatoes, and pancakes or waffles, as well as cereals, yogurts, fresh fruit, pastries, breads, juices, and coffee. The buffet uses proper plates and silverware. The breakfast area is well-maintained, though can be busy. A kid-friendly buffet is also available. The on-site bar, HBar, serves food and beverages (alcohol licenses have been inconsistent, so check directly). For guests wanting more variety, numerous restaurants (including Brazilian, American, and international cuisine) are within walking distance on International Drive.

The outdoor swimming pool is open from approximately 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and is a compact, basic pool area with sun loungers and towels provided. It is not heated, limiting its appeal in cooler months. The fitness centre is small but equipped with free weights and cardio machines; some have noted the equipment is limited. The sun terrace offers a pleasant spot for relaxation, though the pool area has been described as basic with minimal landscaping. There are also barbecue grills available for guest use, along with board games for families.

Wi-Fi is free throughout the property and reliable for basic work use. The 24-hour front desk offers express check-in/out, a concierge service for tours and shuttle times, and an ATM on site. Luggage storage is free. Daily housekeeping is provided; some have noted superficial cleaning, but others praised its consistency. The laundry facility (two sets of washers/dryers) is available for a fee. The property is wheelchair accessible with features such as grab rails, braille signage, and accessible parking. A safety deposit box is free at reception. The electric vehicle charging station has been reported as not yet operational, so check availability before relying on it.
