This location makes the property a strong base for exploring the estate, downtown, and local breweries.

Suites range from queen studios to 1-3-bedroom condominiums with separate living areas, full kitchens (stainless steel appliances, cookware, dishwasher, coffee maker), and in-unit washers and dryers (except ADA and Executive suites). Bed configurations include pillow-top king beds, queen beds, twin beds, and a queen sleeper sofa. All suites feature a private bathroom, with 1-3-bedroom suites offering a jetted whirlpool tub and 3-bedroom suites having two full bathrooms. Most suites have a gas fireplace, and some include a private balcony or patio with nature views. Noise can carry between floors and within suites; light sleepers may prefer upper-level, non-pet units. While individual units vary in upkeep, the best-maintained options offer spacious, practical accommodation with strong value for families and groups.

Azalea Bar & Kitchen is the only on-site dining option, open for dinner with American cuisine and a full bar. Breakfast is not available at the property. The full kitchens in all suites (except Executive) allow for self-catering. Several casual dining options are also within 0.5 km, including Standard Pizza Co, Moe's Southwest Grill, and El Chapala Mexican. The attached restaurant may occasionally close for private events, so alternative eateries are worth noting.

The outdoor swimming pool is open seasonally; the hot tub operates year-round. The fitness centre provides basic equipment (treadmill, elliptical, weights). In-suite spa services, including massages, can be arranged through the concierge for a fee. The pool and hot tub have been subject to periodic closures without advance notice, making a pre-arrival call essential if these amenities are a priority. The pool is located at the top of the property, requiring stair access.

Free private parking is available on site with accessible parking, but reservations are not possible. Daily housekeeping is complimentary; laundry service is available for an additional fee. The 24-hour front desk can assist with late check-in, luggage storage, and general inquiries. Safety features include 24-hour security, key card access, fire extinguishers, smoke alarms, and safety deposit boxes. Pets are allowed on request with a $100 non-refundable fee; pets must be under 20.4 kg and are only permitted in designated suites.
