The neighbourhood is vibrant with many cafés and restaurants within 300 metres, but can feel less secure late at night. Major sights such as the Louvre (3 km), Montmartre, and the Canal Saint-Martin are easily reached on foot or by metro. The direct metro links mean the Eiffel Tower is about 30 minutes away. On-site parking is not available; the nearest public garage is across the street but costs €38 per day and must be reserved in advance.
