The Number 85 bus stops a two-minute walk away and runs directly to the Louvre and Luxembourg Gardens. Numerous restaurants including Thai, Italian and French options are within 300 metres, along with supermarkets and bakeries. Many key sights - the Opéra Garnier, Sacré Coeur and the Louvre - are reachable on foot within 15 to 25 minutes.

The standard rooms are designed for sleeping and showering, not lounging - space for two large suitcases is often insufficient. Bathrooms are notably small: the toilet is positioned so close to the sink that sitting with the door fully shut can be difficult, especially for taller or larger individuals. Some rooms include a balcony or terrace, though availability varies. Triple rooms may have a terrace with city views. Beds are often described as firm, and mattresses may show wear. Street-facing rooms and rooms near the lift can be noisy; rooms on upper floors or those facing the courtyard tend to be quieter. There is no air conditioning, so summer heat management relies on opening the window and using a provided fan. Plugs are limited and may not be positioned ideally for laptop use.

The breakfast includes bread, croissants, yoghurt, fruit, cereal and hot drinks. It is a simple buffet without hot dishes or fresh eggs; the dining room seats approximately ten people. Given the limited space and selection, it suits a light start to the day.
